Our Team

Kruger Wang joined Bourne Partners in November 2021 and was promoted to Strategic Director in the Summer of 2024. He is responsible for developing business and building networks in China, supporting the firm’s international M&A efforts in a variety of tasks including but not limited to: financial modeling, valuations, data analytics, market analysis, and outreach.

Prior to joining Bourne Partners, Kruger was an Associate at Victory Partners, a boutique investment bank and private equity firm in Charlotte where he worked on M&A- and Capital Raising-related assignments and trained analysts on financial modeling and valuations. Prior to Victory Partners, he worked in two Chinese investment banks, China Galaxy Security and China CICC, where he assisted in capital market deals sourcing and execution.

Outside of work, Kruger enjoys golf, soccer, gardening and farming with his family in their country house. In addition, he is a volunteer lecturer and mentor for teaching TOEFL and ITLES in his home city for students who are going to study in U.S.
